Hints on using these archived copies. Once you've opened the document, you may move through the pages in a number of ways. On the right hand side of the viewing window is a scroll bar with a button that can be dragged up and down. If you click anywhere within the document, you can then scroll up and down with your mouse wheel. Also a small hand should appear. Depressing your left mouse button will cause the hand to "grab" the page and you can move the page around. To quickly move to a specific page, find the small box near the bottom of the window where you'll see something to the effect of "1 of 11." This indicates that there are eleven pages in the document and you are viewing page one. If you type a "3" in the box and hit the enter button, you'll be taken to the third page. To change the size of the page, locate the small window near the top of the viewing window where a percentage number appears. This indicates at which size you are presently viewing. For example you may be viewing the document at 67%. If you want to see more of the page, enter a smaller number in the box and hit the enter button. To increase the size of the page (especially useful for making the page easier to read), enter a larger number in the box and hit the enter button. You'll see some default percentages from which to choose or you may type in a number of your own choice.
